i was busy doing laundry ~ sorting, folding etc.and blogging~yes, people all at the same time~this woman is great at multi-tasking ;)!!
any~who... to my delight as i came into the kitchen i saw this sitting on the counter!!!
even though i can multi-task great, eryn new i couldn't~make that wouldn't~ bake at the same time.
i'd forget about it in the oven or not hear the timer buzz and then we'd have a wretched mess on our hands, that even the dog would back away from!!
but since that didn't happen, i was greeted by the amazing aromas of this gorgeous chocolate chip banana bread!!
this morning.... i slept in and by the time i got up, my dear hubby had brewed the java and this dee-lish slice of melt-in-your-mouth goodness, was breakfast!
i always enjoy food more when i don't make it myself~maybe because i don't enjoy baking!!
