well....spring break has come and gone for another year~boy, that went fast!!
so here's a bit of the 'low~down' on what went on around here:
fri night:
we headed up to hamilton & hit IKEA for some dinner & shopping...wa~hoo!!
by the way, just so ya know.....love that place!!!
sat:
wayne & i tile our tiny ensuit bathroom~ugh
what a job.....we don't have too much experience tiling, and since i wanted the tiles on the diagonal, it meant much more cutting for wayne
...he would cut them
...& i would lay them
~headed out to alfred & christine's for supper....thanks again for having us chris;)
mon:
BE~U~TEE~FUL day!!
did lots of yard clean~up and just enjoyed the outdoors!
....i finished the bathroom floor by grouting~groan
tues:
~went bowling & out for dinner with mike & jenn and their 2 little q~t's

headed up to mac master children's hospital in hamilton for jordyn's appt with the pediatric neurologist.
he did a thorough check~up and went over her ct & mri scans with us, explaining the images, ruling out the fact that she has a 6mm growth on the left lobe of her brain.
wow, what an amazing place, and all the technology they have today for the benefit of our health care!! God is soo good to us in providing for all our needs!
after coming home we picked up the kids and headed over the border to do some shopping.
since we didn't have a whole lot of time left (had to be home on time to go out with the otten cousins!!) some stores that we wanted to get to got missed...oh well, next time ;)
got home, grabbed a bite to eat and back out to meet the ottens at the 'glow~in~the~dark mini~putt'!!
wayne's brothers~alfred, edward & jason and their families were able to make the date!
ed & anita came with 4 of their 6 kids~richard was in mexico on a mission trip & 4yr old nicole was @ oma's.
alfred & christine now come with 7 kids~can't forget about justin, cassie's boyfriend!
jason & andrea came with their 3 kids
and of course....we come with our 5 kids:)
needless to say.....the place was over~run with ottens~oh, ya!!!

thurs:
had to work, so i took eryn with me and we got done in record time:)!!
the kids watched a movie while wayne & i headed off to bible study @ church.
fri:
had to work again today....this time i took dani & her friend courtney with me.
today was also the day that roni had her babysitting course from st. john ambulance.
she and 8 of her friends did this day long class in which they learn the basics in babysitting, cpr and what to do in case of emergencies while taking care of children.
they even get tested and have to write a small exam in order to get certified!
she did great....she and one other person in the class of 14 students received 100% on the exam!
way to go ron!!!!
had a grand week....got lots of work done and had lots of fun in between!!
