a group of 45 students from a christian school in the netherlands had corresponded with 4 canadian christian schools last year.
billeting was required for theses students in groups of 2.
as apart of their course studies this year, they were to visit & experience the canadian school system.
10 of these students were assigned to our school.
danielle's gr 10 english class who did the corresponding last year were notified that 4 girls & 6 boys were coming.
besides seeing the area sights they were to go to school everyday with danielle & attend all her classes.
eryn right away said she'd give up her room....it has 2 single beds.
she'd sleep with jordyn in her big bed.

Dear Brenda,
ReplyDeleteIt is so much fun reading this story, being Pauliens father...:) We want to thank you enormously for opening your home and for all the efforts you have made to make our girls feel welcome and at ease. They had a great time, and to be honest: we were at ease too, knowing they were in good hands.
warm greetings,
Henny van den Born
