kick dat ball....

i'm doing a little catching up here

we're full swing into the soccer season.

levi & jordyn are lov'n it.
this is their first year playing on a league and have picked up sweet skills early on...

jordyn usually plays the defense position.
here she is doing a stellar job beating her cousin (boy in blue) to the ball :)!

 levi is small, but fast!
many of the kids on his team are a lot bigger, but levi has the agility and can scoot around the opposing players..quickly!

 the last few times, jordyn's coach has put her in half~back position, which nicely gave her the opportunity to score!
sweet!

 at the beginning of the season in may, it was still a little chilly watching their games...

 dani helps coach the wee ones~they're so cute!

soccer is 2 nights a week~tues & thurs.

the nice thing about it, is that all the games are played at one location...all the time!
so, even though jordyn & levi are in different divisions, they still play their games at the same park.
there are probably 12 (maybe more~not sure)soccer fields for all the divisions to play on.
another bonus, is that most of their cousins play in this league and many friends from church and our christian school community play here too!

there's always someone you know at the soccer field & it's fun catching up with friends and family as you watch your kids play.
