bear with me, it's almost done.
because now we're on our way home.
friday morning we pack up the van.
it's drizzly & overcast~but still really warm this morning, and we promised the kids we'd head back to the beach so they can swim in the ocean.
we're planning on going back to the beach that we found on our way to orlando.
it's just a bit north of daytona...it's the palm coast actually.
did some beach combing....look what roni found {it was a bit gross but cool at the same time}
as the kids were swimming, just a ways out we saw this family swimming by....
as it was hazy out, it was difficult to focus my camera.
this is the best i could do...
what an amazing way to leave florida, watching the dolphins swim in their natural environment!!
it's one thing to see the dolphins at seaworld in a tank up close...
but to see them in the wild is way tooo cool!!!
leaving florida was sad, but good.
we had an A~MAA~ZING holiday!!
we may need to come back someday....i'm just say'n.
we saw the cotton fields driving through georgia...
ripe & ready for picking....
when we came to west virginia....
SNOW!!!!
what????
yup, snow!
i know..gasp, right?!?
the snow didn't last long though,
by the time we got to new york, all was green again.
all in all, we had a great time, made great memories and loved every minute of it!!
now.... it's back to reality & routine.
p.s.
a HUGE thanks to my sis & her generous hub who made this trip much more possible for us to do!!
{so thanks for putting up with such a long post just on our holiday happenings}
