mini reunion

this past saturday we had a mini family reunion.
i say mini cause all my cousins were missing :( !

my mom's sister from vancouver was visiting the family here in ontario{minus her dear hubby who, btw is my dad's bro}

we missed the cousins from vancouver...

we missed the cousins from barrie....
{last year's reunion at my sis's }

we also missed my grown up nephew, sam...boo~hoo :(

so, it was a bit smaller of a crowd this year, but still....good times~oh ya :)

we did burgers & sausages on the bbq, the aunts brought salads & sylvia brought veggies & dip & wine, deb brought the desserts. oh, and some wine too :)!!

we munched on some great snacks....oh, and i even made cherry tarts which were a hit since i don't bake.

made up some little flower arrangements from my garden:

anyway, we had a great time together & just confirms what i already know~ family is so important!

we may be a crazy bunch who love to' ham it up', but we love each other & cherish the time spent together.

next year, better planning people...this year it came together pretty quickly, thus the cuzins couldn't schedule time off work ;(
